Initiate Return Request
Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the specific photography gear you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Hardware Packaging
Place the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all lenses, cables, manuals, and protective inserts to ensure the electronics are not damaged during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the exterior of the box, ensuring any previous shipping barcodes are completely covered or removed.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned hardware at our fulfillment center, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
